Key areas of our work include supporting individuals with severe challenging behaviour, Autistic Spectrum Disorder and profound and multiple learning difficulties.
We work with individuals with severe challenging behaviour and complex needs, using techniques to reduce the intensity of behaviours that challenge.
Comprehensive, tailored care packages are developed for each person, with support up to two or three staff per person, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Each person has an individual weekly community programme, developed with our Community Coordinator, offering social and educational activities in and out of the home.
